Dennis has nearly 30 years of experience as a commercial mortgage banker with Northmarq Capital and has played an active role in several real estate associations locally and nationally including ULI, NAIOP, BAMA, The Fisher Center for Real Estate and the Belden Club. Since 2004 he has also taught a semester-long graduate level real estate development course within the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley. Previously he taught undergraduate real estate courses within the McLaren School of Business at USF and the Haas School of Business. His commitment to mentoring students and serving in leadership positions within local real estate organizations is unmatched in the industry.

In addition to his industry related involvement, Dennis has served on boards related to his personal interests in the arts, education and youth development. Dennis served in leadership roles for the Guardsmen, Alonzo King’s LINES Ballet, and The Tuck Alumni Association. He presently serves on boards/committees at Fort Mason Center and the Olympic Club.
