Leadership Workshop with Alex Lobba
An introductory workshop to identify what truly makes people tick and why; what in your organization contributes to lack of engagement; and what you can do about it. Bring examples from your organizations and we will look at some and do an exercise so you can leave with new skills.

Engagement. So energizing when it’s there and so debilitating when it’s not. What disengages people in your organization? And most important what can you do about it? Free meals and bringing your dog to work are great, but usually not enough. We all do things that in spite of our best intentions, put other people on the defensive.
